Beginning in 1876, Fred Harvey introduced a new standard of service and quality with his “Harvey Houses” along Santa Fe Railroad routes throughout the West, including the Frey Marcos Hotel here in our town of Williams. The Fred Harvey Restaurant is the ideal spot for tastes of all ages. Conveniently situated across from the hotel, the 350-seat restaurant serves buffet-style breakfast and dinner.
